“Plumber was called for stopped up toilet and to check slow draining in sinks & tubs. Technician/plumber was kind and courteous. In 15 minutes he diagnosed problem and fixed the clog in toilet and bled air out other lines. Everything fine now. He even gave me some pre-maintenance advise on my septic tank to keep it running properly; having service check every 3-5 years. I was very pleased with service rendered.”

“Billy and crew were behind me on 53E in Gainesville when one of two kayaks I’d just purchased and strapped to my car flew off and landed in the road! Billy blocked traffic, picked up the kayak from the road, joined me to unstrap the kayak now dangling from my SUV and led me to a safe place to put the boats and racks back on safely.

While this isn’t a plumbing story, it is a story of the character of the man. He went way out of his way, took a good deal of his time and would accept no compensation. If I lived in the area, I’d hire him in for all my plumbing needs. Especially emergencies! Thanks Billy! I got home safely. “

“In early August we had water backing up in our basement shower and had called nearby “another” Plumbing to diagnose why. “The Other” Plumbing advised that they could run a camera down the line to figure out my problem, the next day the “other” showed up without a camera and advised he could snake the line but it may or may not fix my problem since he had no way of knowing without a camera. I decided to use a different company and called Billy Bell. Despite it already being late the in afternoon Marty from Billy Bell Plumbing showed up within 30 minutes to give a more thorough diagnosis than “the other” Plumbing. I was impressed that he was able to show up so quickly. Billy Bell showed up with the camera line and correctly diagnosed my problem of a break in the sewer line just outside my septic tank and had it fixed by the following day as well as replaced my failing concrete baffles with newer PVC ones, installing a riser on the roughly 47 year old septic tank as well as clearing out an obstruction from the exit portion of the tank.
